Wes Bayliss is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist shaped by Southern tradition and a life rooted in faith. Raised in Woodland, Alabama, he grew up surrounded by family harmonies, gospel music, and the discipline of life on the road, performing at churches and gospel gatherings across the South from an early age.

As the front man of The Steel Woods, he helped build one of modern Southern rock’s most loyal grassroots followings, releasing four acclaimed studio albums and establishing a sound defined by honest storytelling and grit.
Now in his solo chapter, Bayliss has turned from the pursuit of success to the pursuit of faithfulness. His music is grounded in the Word of God, confronting sin, pointing to redemption, and magnifying Christ.
